Twice a year (in july, november ), ngo-federatie organizes an introduction day for new employees in the NGO sector. To include as much people as possible, from now on, we will have one in English and one in Dutch.
On our introduction day, we introduce new employees in the sector to the NGO landscape. What NGOs exist and how are they organized? What regulations do NGOs have to comply with? How do they meet the requirements of integrity, transparency, finance, monitoring and evaluation? How do they chart the future? We also explain how ngo-federatie supports NGOs and what you can contact us for.
After the introduction day, you will have an understanding of the context of NGO work and basic knowledge about the functioning of an NGO.
